« BEL HOTEL, MAIS PLUTOT 4* QUE 5* ET TROP CHER »
Décoration soignée et neuve, propreté impeccable, très belle vue depuis les chambres donnant sur mer et depuis roof-top, personnel très gentil et serviable qui cherche a bien faire (malgré quelques maladresses), produits de toilettes Hermes, bons produits au petit déjeuner.
le WIFI est trés mauvais, chambre sous-équipée en information: pas de menu, pas "d’hôtel-book", pas d’indications pour appeler la réception, pas de nécessaire à chaussures, système d’éclairage compliqué et pas facile à maîtriser, service approximatif et "juste ce qu'il faut", on nous a fait remarque trés désagréable alors que nous avions juste mis un pull dehors sur le balcon pendant une heure..., décoration un peu "années 2000" et déjà un peu dépassée dans les parties communes et un peu spartiate dans les chambres, Bien qu'assez central, il est nécessaire de prendre des taxis pour les visites compte tenu du relief de Naples...

Très bel hôtel déco design personnel accueillant et sympathique , vue superbe. Au calme dans une ville très vivante. Le restaurant est bien .
Au 4 eme étage on entend le bruit des chaises et des tables du restaurant au dessus le matin et le soir assez fortement.
